Alcohol withdrawal
Al-koh-hol with-draw-ul sin-drom
syndrome
กลุ่มอาการเนื่องจากการขาดสุรา โดยมีอาการทางคลินิก ดังนี้
1. อาการตัวสั่น มือสั่น ร่วมกับ มีอารมณ์หงุดหงิด คลื่นไส้ อาเจียน ซึ่งอาการเหล่านี้มักเกิด
หลังจากหยุดดื่มได้ไม่กี่ชั่วโมง (Uncomplicated alcohol withdrawal)
2. อาการชักในช่วง 48-7 ชั่วโมงหลังจากหยุดดื่มสุรา (Alcohol withdrawal seizure)
3. อาการประสาทหลอน หลังหยุดดื่ม 48 ชั่วโมง (Alcohol hallucinosis)
4. สับสน กระวนกระวาย หลังหยุดดื่มสุราได้ 5-2 วัน (Alcohol withdrawal delirium/
Delirium Tremens)
Syndrome due to lack of alcohol with clinical symptoms as follows:
1. Agitating, accompanied by irritable mood, nausea and vomiting, which
usually occurs after a few hours of drinking (uncomplicated alcohol withdrawal)
2. Seizures 48-7 hours after alcohol withdrawal
3. Hallucinosis 48 hours after drinking (Alcohol hallucinosis)
4. Confusion and anxiety after stopping drinking 5-2 days (alcohol withdrawal
delirium / delirium dremens)

ประสาทหลอน หลังหยุดดื่ม ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นหูแว่ว เช่น เสียงนาฬิกา ผู้ป่วยจะรู้สึกหวาดกลัว
กระสับกระส่าย
Hallucination after stopping drinking is mostly auditory, such as the sound of
a clock. Patients will feel fear, restless, etc.
