วิกฤติพลังงานเชื้อเพลิง ผลกระทบครั้งใหญ่ต่อมวลมนุษยชาติ

พลังงานสะอาด พลังงานทางเลือกใหม่ สุดท้ายนี้ทุกประเทศยังคงต้องเผชิญกับภาวะราคา

น�้ามันที่สูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง และยังคงมีแนวโน้มที่จะทวีความ

โดยเฉพาะเรื่องมลพิษทางอากาศได้อีกด้วย ยกตัวอย่างกรณีของ ต้นทุนในการใช้ชีวิตที่สูงขึ้นจากราคาน�้ามันเชื้อเพลิงอีกด้วย
การใช้ “รถยนต์ไฟฟ้ำ” หรือที่เราคุ้นชินกับค�าว่ารถ EV (Electric ดังนั้นการแก้ปัญหาที่รวดเร็วและยั่งยืนคือ การใช้บริการ
Vehicle) ในช่วงที่น�้ามันขึ้นราคานั้น รถยนต์ไฟฟ้าได้กลายมาเป็น ขนส่งสาธารณะ หรือพลังงานทางเลือกอื่น ๆ อย่างไรก็ตาม

ตัวเลือกที่ได้รับความนิยมมากขึ้น โดยในปีที่ผ่านมาพบว่ายอดขาย การที่จะผ่านพ้นวิกฤตนี้ไปได้จ�าเป็นต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือ
รถยนต์ไฟฟ้าทั่วโลก สูงขึ้นกว่า 99% หรือราว 5.4 แสนคัน [9] จากทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งจากภาครัฐฯ ที่เป็นผู้ออกแบบ
ตอกย�้ากระแสความต้องการใช้รถไฟฟ้าในวิกฤติน�้ามันแพงเช่นนี้ นโยบาย วางแผน จัดการมาตรการต่าง ๆ ตามความเหมาะสม

และภาคประชาชนที่ต้องปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัด
